Donna's Hooded Towel & Washcloth
Donna's Diagonal Knit Hooded Towel

Needles:
29" #9 Circular Needle
Yarn:
1 cone Peaches 'n Crème or
Sugar 'n Cream 100% Cotton Yarn
Body:
Cast on 6 sts. K 1 row even.
Next row and every increase row: K3, M1 (backwards loop with working yarn), K to end of row.
Increase each row 1 stitch until you have 115 sts on needle.
Work 2 rows even (no increases)
First decrease row and every decrease row: K 3, K2tog tbl (through back loops), K to end of row.
Decrease each row 1 stitch, until you are back to the original 6 stitches. Knit 1 row even.
Hood:
Increase again, as you did for the beginning of the towel, until there are 50 sts on needle.
Bind off next row, loosely.
Finishing:
Weave or crochet hood sides to towel sides, matching rows. Weave in ends. Wash/Dry and Enjoy!

#7 needles
Yarn:
small ball of 100% cotton yarn
Directions:
Cast on 25 stitches. K 3 rows.
K 2 (border sts), K 21 sts, K 2 (border sts). Next row: K2, P21, K2.
Continue until roughly 4" or so in length. K 2 rows and bind off. Weave in ends.
